All my breads (excepting the gluten-free) are made in a two-day process. On day 1, a fresh yeast batter is made, and fermented overnight. Then on day 2, it is incorporated into the dough, making it more flavorful and holding moisture, to improve shelf life.

My WHOLE WHEAT FLAX SEED bread is a whole grain bread, made with bread flour, whole wheat flour, ground flax seed, whole flax seed, yeast, and salt. The cost is $3.25 for a 1-lb. loaf (shown below), or $5.00 for a 1.5 lb. sandwich shaped loaf. It is a hand made product, so each loaf is a little different, but the high quality is always the same.

 

My COCOA-COFFEE CARAWAY RYE bread is a whole grain rye bread, made with rye flour, bread flour, cocoa, coffee, molasses, caraway, yeast, and salt. The cost is $4.25 for a 1-lb. “torpedo” shaped loaf. It is a hand made product, so each loaf is a little different, but the high quality is always the same.

 

My MULTI-SEEDED WHITE bread is made with bread flour, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, whole wheat berries, sesame seeds, yeast, and salt. The cost is $3.75 for a 1-lb. “torpedo” shaped loaf. It is a hand made product, so each loaf is a little different, but the high quality is always the same.

 

My HONEY-BUTTER WHOLE WHEAT bread is made with organic Turkey Red Heritage whole wheat flour, bread flour, honey, butter, yeast, and salt. The cost is $4.25 for a 1-lb. “torpedo” shaped loaf. It is a hand made product, so each loaf is a little different, but the high quality is always the same.

My GLUTEN-FREE BREAD has sunflower seeds, flax seeds, rolled oats, whole hazelnuts, whole pecans, puffed rice, chia seeds, psyllium husk, butter, and salt. Each bread is 2 pounds, and slices and freezes well. Gluten-Free breads are $10.00 each.
